POISON singer Bret Michaels, BLUE ÖYSTER CULT and FOGHAT are among the confirmed acts for the Rib America Festival, set to take place May 28-31, 2010 in downtown St. Louis, Missouri at Soldier’s Memorial Plaza. Admission to Rib America is free before 5 p.m. May 28, and before 1 p.m. the other days. Admission is $5, which includes the concerts. Children 12 and under get in free.
